He is a culinary enthusiast. She is a mixologist. Together, they are a dynamic duo when it comes to throwing a party, hosting the holidays or just cooking with the kids—trying out new concoctions or perfecting old standards….so the kitchen and bar were a priority. Now that they have this amazing kitchen and bar….they are certain to make friends in their new town quickly.
The home was in need of renovations inside and out, Clawson Architects worked with the new owners to install new energy efficient windows and doors, select new paint colors for the exterior and modernize the interior of the home.
Sliding doors from the family room to the patio were replaced with new ones and new French doors were added to the former den now bar to the patio make for nice party circulation.
Adjustments were made to the existing window designs, removing arched windows and adding new ones to make the kitchen a little brighter on the inside.

Custom panels for integrated undercounter ice maker and undercounter beverage refrigerator. Lights by Circa Lighting, Smoke mirror, steel piping with glass shelves. Metallic ceiling and quartzite counters make this bar shine. A great place to start the party or end your evening.
